I am Elizabeth Claire, an Industrial Engineer who became curious and then passionate about art. While in college, I was attracted by craft magazines. When I was not studying, I was sewing or cross stitching something. Moreover, I had never been enrolled in art courses! I was attracted to ceramics after finishing my degree and having my three sons. One of my favorite activities was to visit art and craft stores admiring artists who had the most amazing opportunity of selling their art on stores". In the Summer of 1996 I was thrilled when a store I adored in my hometown loved the first ceramic pieces I created and bought them all.

I have been creating ceramic art since 1996 and mixed media, and collage and paintings since 2009. I sell my art through stores in Puerto Rico located at the Old San Juan (one of my favorite places on Earth) and Rio Grande in a store located closed to the beautiful Rain Forest, Both stores are visited by tons of tourists and local customers. If someone asks me what is my biggest accomplishment I will not hesitate on telling that after my sons, who are amazing, my most celebrated accomplishment is to know that my art can provoke a smile in someone I have never met. For me, This is a miracle. Selling my art in the store that I used to walk and admire the artists is a dream come true. I never imagined that one day some of my pieces where going to be reproduced and sold through a catalog. Now, and after 20 years making ceramics for stores I am enjoying a new stage in my life in which I am working hard to dedicate more time to design and sharing my knowledge through workshops, tutorials, the blog and social media. I am very happy to spend more time designing fabric and products with the fabric, including kits for DIY projects to be sold at my Etsy Shop.It is my hope that this space can be an inspiration for many people.
