Art on Fabric and Tuesday Craft

Updated: Feb 14, 2021

Welcome to my Tuesday Craft. Today I will be showing you a super cute fabric organizer I made with two pieces of my fabric panels I sell on Etsy.

I used two 6.5" x 6.5" fabric panels to make a 3" x 2" x 5.5" organizer.

The fabric panels are printed in three sizes that can be used for a variety of crafts. The smallest sizes is 5" x 5". A portion of one of my favorite collage paintings (below), "The Key to Life, Love" was printed in a beautiful high quality linen canvas fabric.

It is also printed in a rectangular form that can be used for a pouch.

I am sharing the tutorial I found to make the fabric organizers and a PDF with other instructions using my fabric panels. I had to add some instructions because instead of a piece of fabric 11 inches x 5.5 inches for the outside I wanted to use two 6.5" x 6.5". I added a piece of fabric between the two of them in a size 2.5" x 6.5" to be able to show the whole design. The size ended up a bit different but it is perfect for holding pencils, pine cones, or any other thing you may want to organize.

I hope you enjoy watching the video as much as I did. Making the fabric organizer is super easy and once you make the first one the others you be completed in a few minutes.

In the upcoming weeks I'll share a few DIY ideas to make for Christmas using the fabric panels. Crafts are fun. Aren't they?

Stay Safe, Embrace the moment!
